ZALORA has partnered with the Singapore Red Cross for a special two-day charity bazaar from 3 to 4 July 2024.
This event celebrates the 75th anniversary of the Singapore Red Cross while highlighting ZALORA’s commitment to sustainability and meaningful community causes.
From shoes and apparel to bags, watches, and jewellery, shoppers will be spoilt for choice.
Here’s the catch: the products available at the bazaar are brand new but have minor quirks that do not meet ZALORA’s stringent quality standards.
Rather than contributing to fashion waste, ZALORA has chosen to donate these one-of-a-kind pieces to the charity bazaar. This means sustainability-conscious shoppers can find amazing fashion treasures while supporting the Singapore Red Cross.
Every dollar raised will go towards the Singapore Red Cross’ local humanitarian services for vulnerable persons and families.
“At ZALORA, we are dedicated to being a force for good in the communities that we operate in and call home,” said Arvind Devadasan, Head of Sustainability at ZALORA Group. “By partnering with local charities and organisations like the Singapore Red Cross, we aim to support meaningful causes around the Southeast Asia region while reducing our environmental footprint.”
“We are excited to collaborate with the Singapore Red Cross to drive positive change for our people and planet.” Mr Devadasan added.
This partnership is a win-win for everyone involved. Shoppers get access to exclusive, quirky fashion items at a fraction of the usual price, all while contributing to a noble cause. ZALORA, in turn, gets to further its commitment to sustainability and community support.
So, mark your calendars and prepare to shop with a purpose at the ZALORA and Singapore Red Cross charity bazaar. It’s a fantastic opportunity to snag some unique fashion finds while making a positive impact on the community. Happy shopping!
