In a strategic move, Indonesian IT Solutions and Software provider Cetta (PT Cetta Trans Digital) has announced its acquisition of a significant stake in Singaporean AI startup EAS.ai (EAS.ai Pte Ltd).
Cetta, a subsidiary of ACSI Corp, is well-known for its pioneering work in environmental technology, particularly in air quality monitoring, through its sister company Trusur (PT Trusur Unggul Teknusa).
The firm has spent over 11 years building a stellar reputation with innovative air quality and emissions monitoring software solutions. Their expertise in Air Quality Monitoring Systems (AQMS), Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), and Early Warning Systems (EWS) has been crucial in integrating environmental technology solutions across Indonesia.
This acquisition aims to bolster Cetta’s leadership in environmental technology while expanding its reach into new sectors such as the military, aviation, and healthcare.

EAS.ai’s innovations include AI systems for content moderation on social platforms to detect security threats, real-time speech-to-text transcription for air traffic control, and predictive analytics to improve healthcare outcomes.
Their advanced AI and data science capabilities will significantly enhance Cetta’s offerings. For instance, their machine learning expertise will allow Cetta to develop more sophisticated air quality monitoring systems that can predict pollution levels and initiate preventive measures with greater accuracy.
