Managed by City Developments Limited (CDL), City Square Mall is set to unveil a new look after a S$50 million Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) slated for completion in 2025.

Launched in the latter half of 2023, the first phase of the AEI is nearing completion, promising to add approximately 26,000 square feet of Gross Floor Area. This aims to boost operational efficiency and modernise the mall’s layout and functionality.

The mall’s makeover includes a major culinary upgrade. The new Gastro Square on Level 4, a sprawling 24,000 square feet area, will be a vibrant hub of international cuisines and local favourites, ensuring there’s something to tickle everyone’s taste buds.
Down at Basement 3, the Food Republic is getting a nostalgic makeover and moving in with local delights from Hjh Maimunah Mini, Li Xin Teochew Fish Ball Noodles, Thye Hong Fried Prawn Noodles, and many more.
True to its heart, the mall is doubling down on its commitment to being a community-centric, family-friendly hub. Level 4 will soon boast new community spaces offering various programmes for youths and families, plus a dedicated Performance Area.
