BenQ unveils new MA Series flagships aimed at Mac users

BenQ has introduced two new flagship monitors in Singapore, the MA270S and MA320UG, as part of its MA Series line-up for Mac users.

The company says the new models are designed to extend the Mac experience with improved colour tuning, smoother motion and a design language intended to sit naturally alongside Apple devices.

The headline model is the MA270S, a 27-inch display with 5K resolution of 5120 by 2880 and a pixel density of 218 ppi. BenQ is positioning it squarely at designers, editors and other creative professionals who work with fine detail. It also offers 99 per cent P3 colour coverage and a 2000:1 contrast ratio, with the company saying the display is tuned to deliver more consistent Mac-like colours for users who often experience colour mismatches on standard monitors.

Alongside it is the MA320UG, which is due to launch later in the second quarter of this year. That model combines 4K resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate, targeting Mac-based creators working with video and motion content. BenQ says it offers 98 per cent P3 coverage and the same 2000:1 contrast ratio, with a focus on smoother and more responsive visuals.

“We designed the new MA Series with Mac users in mind. These monitors bring true Mac colours to life with smoother motion and smarter workflows, helping users work and create with greater freedom than ever before.”

Peter Huang, President of BenQ Corporation

Beyond panel specifications, BenQ is also emphasising workflow features. Both the MA270S and MA320UG support Thunderbolt 4 connectivity with 96W and 15W power delivery for daisy-chaining and charging, while Smart KVM allows users to switch between two systems using a single keyboard and mouse.

The monitors also feature Nano Gloss panels, designed to provide high contrast while controlling reflections, as well as 150mm adjustable stands for longer periods of use.

BenQ says every MA Series monitor is tuned specifically for Mac rather than simply made compatible. According to the company, that includes adjustments to colour tuning and brightness curves so that the display behaviour more closely mirrors a MacBook’s native visual output.

The monitors also work with BenQ’s Display Pilot 2 software, which adds features such as automatic colour synchronisation, workspace management and multi-system control.

The broader MA range also includes the MA270U and MA320U with Nano Matte panels, alongside the MA270UP and MA320UP with Nano Gloss panels. BenQ is presenting the family as a full monitor ecosystem for Mac users, covering both creative professionals and general users who want a more consistent desktop experience.

The MA270S officially launched on 31 March 2026 with a listed retail price of S$1,699. BenQ is offering an early-bird price of S$1,499, a 12 per cent discount, through its official stores on Shopee and Lazada from 31 March at 8pm until 17 April 2026.
