vivo is expanding its physical retail presence in Singapore with the opening of its second Experience Store, this time at Jurong Point.
The new outlet opens on 19 September 2026 and follows the launch of vivo Singapore’s first Experience & Service Store at 313@somerset earlier this year.
The Jurong Point location is intended to give customers in the west a more convenient place to try the brand’s latest smartphones and accessories in person.
Bringing more of vivo’s range into one space
Over the past year, vivo has broadened its Singapore line-up across its Y, V and X Series.
The Y Series focuses on more accessible everyday models such as the Y05, Y11 5G, Y21 5G and Y31S 5G. The V Series, including the V70 and V70 FE, brings more advanced imaging and lifestyle features into the mid-range, while the flagship X Series sits at the top of the portfolio with models such as the X300 Ultra and X300 FE.
The new Jurong Point store effectively gives vivo another physical showcase for that spread. It also reflects a broader push to build closer relationships with local consumers, rather than relying purely on telcos, online channels or third-party retailers.

Opening details
The vivo Experience Store at Jurong Point officially opens on 19 September 2026 from 1pm.
It is located at 1 Jurong West Central 2, B1-15, Singapore 648886, and will operate daily from 11am to 9pm.
