iTea has launched its 15th-anniversary celebrations with itea’s Tropical World, a limited-time experience at Bugis+ Level 2 running from 21 to 27 September 2026. Alongside the pop-up comes a new Starfruit Jasmine Green Tea with Aloe Vera, which is available across all itea outlets from 21 September.
Founded in 2011, itea now operates more than 60 outlets in Singapore. Over the years, the homegrown brand has built its menu around freshly brewed teas, fruit drinks and seasonal creations designed for local tastes.
For its 15th birthday, that history has been distilled into three things Singaporeans generally understand rather well: drinks, collectibles and the possibility of winning something expensive.

The centrepiece of the anniversary menu is the Starfruit Jasmine Green Tea with Aloe Vera.
The limited-edition fruit tea combines the naturally sweet character of starfruit with jasmine green tea, producing what itea describes as a refreshing drink with a light floral aroma and a throat-soothing finish. Aloe vera is added to the retail version for extra texture.
The drink also fits with itea’s “Taste of Tropical Asia” positioning, which draws on fruits and ingredients associated with the region rather than treating tropical flavour simply as another synonym for sweetness.
“As a homegrown brand, we have always been inspired by the diverse flavours and vibrant culture around us. Our 15th anniversary is a celebration of this journey, bringing together tropical fruits, Asian ingredients and shared experiences that represent who we are.”

Taste your way through Tropical Asia
The Bugis+ pop-up is divided into three themed stations covering Taste, Feel and Share.
Visitors begin at Taste of Tropical Asia, where itea App members receive a 15th Anniversary Bubble-themed stamp card before attempting a Blind Taste Challenge.
Besides the new Starfruit Jasmine Green Tea, the line-up includes Peach Green Tea, Coco Shiok, Grapefruit Golden Oolong with Pomelo, Tamarind Citrus Cooler and Pink Guava Green Tea with Chestnut Popping Pearl.
For the challenge, the starfruit drink is served without aloe vera, while the Pink Guava Green Tea comes without its chestnut popping pearls, keeping the task centred on recognising the underlying flavours. Correctly identify the tropical fruit, and you receive a Flavour Stamp.
Fortunes, photographs and Bubble
The second station, Find Your Tropical Mood, takes a more playful approach.
Participants draw a tropical fortune stick carrying a message themed around aspects of daily life such as happiness, romance, work, friendship, food and drink, or family. Each fortune is paired with a reward, ranging from Bubble stickers and phone lanyards to fans and drinks vouchers. Completing the station earns a Mood Stamp.
The third station is built around itea’s mascot, Bubble.
At Capture the Tropical Moment, visitors can take photos or videos against a Fruit Island backdrop, follow itea’s social media accounts and share their experience using the campaign hashtags and location tag.
Completing the activity earns a Friendship Stamp, while simply following itea’s official social channels also unlocks a limited-edition 15th-anniversary sticker.
There is a PlayStation 5 hiding in the Gashapon draw
Visitors who complete all three stations unlock a final Tropical World Stamp and one chance at the Gashapon Draw.
The prize pool ranges from itea-branded card holders and rotating fridge magnets to decidedly less modest rewards such as Chanel perfume, Dior lip balm, a DJI Pocket 4, Polaroid camera, PlayStation 5, Sony headphones and Nintendo Switch. One grand prize will be awarded each day throughout the event.
Visitors who purchase any large drink with a 15th Anniversary merchandise add-on for an additional S$5 through the itea App at the Bugis+ Level 5 outlet can receive a faster route to the Gashapon Draw, subject to availability and the promotion’s terms.
