Pokémon Singapore will reopen Pokémon Center SINGAPORE at Jewel Changi Airport on 1 July 2026.
The refreshed outlet will feature a redesigned interior, a new symbol Pokémon and a line-up of commemorative merchandise created specifically for Singapore.
The most visible change is the introduction of Solgaleo as the store’s new symbol Pokémon. The Legendary Pokémon will appear on the new store logo and façade, replacing the previous visual identity with one that is intended to feel more rooted in the local market.
According to the company, Solgaleo was chosen for its sun-like mane, with the symbolism meant to resonate with Singapore and its wider fan community.

Shunsuke Sasaki, Managing Director of Pokémon Singapore, said: “We are truly humbled by the continued enthusiasm from our fans in Singapore and beyond. In order to live up to those expectations, we hope to inspire even greater love for Pokémon, and encourage fans to visit Pokémon Center SINGAPORE to fully immerse themselves in the experience with this renewed store. We chose Solgaleo as our new symbol because we want this store to be more deeply rooted in Singapore. This marks a new chapter for us in Singapore. This is not just a grand reopening, but a commitment to elevate the store experience by transforming Pokémon Center SINGAPORE into a place where people from all walks of life can come to love Pokémon, and where fans can connect globally.”
Inside the store, the design has been reworked to reflect Singapore’s cultural character more directly. Pokémon Singapore says the interior incorporates local elements intended to create a stronger sense of familiarity for local fans, while also giving overseas visitors a more clearly Singapore-specific experience.
The renovation also adds a dedicated event space at the rear of the store. Equipped with a large-format monitor, the area is intended to host activities centred on Pokémon video games, the trading card game and app-based gaming.
Given the store’s location at Jewel Changi Airport, Pokémon Singapore is positioning the outlet not only as a retail destination for local fans, but also as a meeting point for Pokémon fans travelling through Singapore.

To mark the reopening, Pokémon Singapore will release 20 new products designed specially for Pokémon Center SINGAPORE, with the first 12 going on sale at the grand reopening and a second wave scheduled for August.
The merchandise is built around artwork imagining Pokémon living within a cityscape inspired by Singapore. The opening collection includes plush toys of Solgaleo and Pikachu, alongside items drawing on recognisably local references such as a kopi cup and saucer set.

Pokémon Singapore is also preparing for heavy visitor demand in the first few days after reopening. From Wednesday, 1 July to Sunday, 5 July, admission will be controlled through a combination of advance reservations via the Store Visit Application and same-day queue entry tickets.
Visitors with advance reservations will be admitted between 10.00am and 1.00pm, while same-day entry tickets for later slots will be distributed on site from 8.30am each day on a first-come, first-served basis. The company says application details will be released progressively through the store’s official Instagram account.
The store remains located at Jewel Changi Airport, #04-201/202/203, 78 Airport Boulevard, and will continue to operate daily from 10.00am to 10.00pm in line with Jewel’s opening hours.
