Velocity@Novena Square adds new dining, lifestyle and entertainment concepts

Velocity@Novena Square is introducing a fresh slate of openings through end-April and May 2026, with new additions across dining, wellness, lifestyle and entertainment.

Among the most prominent launches is Lady M, the New York-founded cake boutique known for its Signature Mille Crêpes.

The brand will open at Level 1 next to the Customer Service Counter, and its arrival will be accompanied by a Velocity@Novena Square exclusive. From 24 April to 1 May, the mall will be the only outlet offering Lady M’s Dubai Chocolate Cake before it is rolled out to other stores from 1 May.

Inspired by the widely discussed Dubai chocolate bar trend, the cake combines handcrafted crêpes with chocolate and pistachio pastry creams, and is finished with crispy kataifi, pistachio and tahini.

Also set to open in May is SAM SAM SAM Samgyetang at #02-46. The Korean dining concept is centred on traditional samgyetang, or ginseng chicken soup, and will occupy more than 2,000 sq ft.

The restaurant is designed as a warm and restorative dining space, with a menu that also includes dakgomtang and other chicken-based Korean dishes. It is the latest concept from the team behind MODU Samgyetang, which is known for helping to popularise samgyetang as a specialty in Singapore.

These upcoming openings build on a series of launches that have already taken place in April. One of them is LONGJING at #03-09, which opened on 3 April.

Originating from the Longjing Tea Garden by West Lake in Hangzhou, the restaurant draws on Zhejiang cuisine while incorporating Song Dynasty-inspired aesthetics and more contemporary elements.

At Velocity@Novena Square, LONGJING is also introducing an exclusive series of Zhejiang dishes in collaboration with Chef Yu Bin, a renowned Michelin-starred chef in Zhejiang cuisine. This marks the brand’s second outlet in Singapore.

Another notable addition is Dorifto!, which opened on 16 April at Carpark 6A. This is an indoor electronic mini drift car experience inspired by Japanese touge roads. Spanning 14,000 sq ft, it has transformed part of the carpark into a social and recreational destination aimed at both motoring enthusiasts and first-time visitors.

With these openings, Velocity@Novena Square is broadening its mix. For shoppers, the stronger variety is a perfect reason to visit over the coming weeks.
