From content creators to creative consultants, The Meatmen Group bring their passion for food into a physical F&B experience, creating a home away from home for their community.

This March, The Meatmen Group officially unveiled 𝗿𝗢𝗰𝗲., a flagship F&B concept located within RASA Space at Republic Plaza.

rice. marks the Group’s evolution from digital food storytellers to operators redefining how F&B businesses are built and sustained, with a focus on building spaces where people can gather, connect, and feel at home.

β€œπ—Ώπ—Άπ—°π—². is not just our love letter to the grain we grew up with; it’s also our response to the realities of
running an F&B space today. After years of working across content, brands and food cultures, we wanted to build something that rethinks the restaurant ecosystem.”

The concept blends dining, events, and a catering engine, allowing the brand to extend services beyond its space to different audiences and partner with other brands, spaces, and companies around Singapore.

At its heart, rice. remains a gathering place centred on Asian comfort food that feels both nostalgic yet unexpected. The menu explores rice as both an ingredient and an idea. The menu symbolises the recognisable and ever-evolving Asian flavours, expressed through thoughtful techniques and a contemporary approach.

Through partnerships with RASA Space, SōngHè rice and Makoto-Ya sake, rice. reflects a broader ambition: to build a home where food, community and business innovation intersect.
