This year at FIND Design Fair Asia 2025, Deluxe Systems (DS) returns with luxury Italian windows and doors engineered for modern living.
In a city that prizes clean lines and clever space, DS sets out a portfolio where timeless Italian craftsmanship meets contemporary performance.
On show will be panoramic glazing, tailor-made window systems, and architectural glass elements for high-end residences and high-performance workplaces alike.
DS now curates eight of Italy’s most exclusive brands:
Apexfine
Ponzio
Flessya
Faraone
Chirenti
MR Art Design
Dimensione Serramenti
Plus, a newly added marque will be revealed on their site in the coming days.
From sketch to skyline: a 360° partnership
More than a product showcase, DS positions itself as a project partner from day zero: early-stage design input for architects and developers, installation teams trained in Italy, and a scheduled maintenance programme that keeps performance true over time.
It’s a cradle-to-handover approach refined over five decades in Europe, now tailored for Singapore’s climate, codes and culture.
A new home for the craft: DS Singapore showroom (13 November)
Coinciding with the fair is a milestone of its own: DS’s first Singapore showroom opens on 13 November, a dedicated space for clients to see, touch and test the details.
“In Singapore, windows and doors go beyond function. They frame the skyline and connect our homes to the vibrancy of the city. The new space will allow clients to experience, up close, the craftsmanship and elegance of our luxury Italian windows and doors,” said Germano Vitali, Director at Deluxe Systems.
Great fenestration is equal parts engineering and empathy. The right system stabilises indoor temperatures, lowers noise floors, and softens the daily rhythm of a home or office. DS’s combination of exclusive Italian product, expert installation, and long-term aftercare offers that: performance that shows up quietly, every day, in how a space feels and functions.
It’s sustainability not as a slogan, but as a design that lasts.
