Hasbro launches FIFA World Cup 2026-themed games collection

Hasbro is building on the momentum towards the FIFA World Cup 2026 with a new officially licensed games collection designed to bring the tournament atmosphere into the home.

Aimed at football fans, families and casual players alike, the line-up combines familiar Hasbro formats with World Cup-themed gameplay built around collecting, competition and matchday energy.

Whether used during FIFA watch parties, family gatherings or ordinary game nights, the products are clearly intended to turn football fandom into something more participatory.

Leading the range is the Monopoly Panini Prizm: FIFA World Cup Board Game, priced at S$59.99.

In this version, players build their ideal football squad by selecting stars through Panini cards before moving around the board to take control of as many historic FIFA World Cup matches as possible.

Rather than relying solely on conventional board game mechanics, players also compare statistics on their Panini cards and roll special dice when they land on key matches, while Game Changer challenges offer additional chances to boost scores throughout the session. The winner is the player who finishes with the highest score.

Alongside the board game is the Monopoly Panini Prizm: FIFA World Cup Trading Cards Booster Box, priced at S$39.99.

Each box contains 24 collectable cards designed both for collecting and for use within the board game itself. The packs include randomly inserted Panini Prizm parallels and ultra-rare cards, which adds a stronger collector element to the product.

When brought into gameplay, the cards allow players to trade, select football stars and compete by comparing player ratings and statistics.

For those looking for something faster and more physical, Hasbro is also releasing the Connect 4 Shots FIFA World Cup 2026 Board Game, also priced at S$39.99.

This two-player or team-based title uses football-inspired cleat launchers, with participants trying to “kick” balls into the grid and line up four of the same colour first. The emphasis here is clearly on speed and reflex, making it a more energetic alternative to the more strategic Monopoly-led offerings.

The final product in the collection is the Monopoly Deal FIFA World Cup 2026 Edition Card Game, priced at S$14.99.

This version keeps the quick and unpredictable spirit of Monopoly Deal, but frames it around football team-building. Players race to be the first to collect three player sets in different colours, while action cards allow them to score goals, extend their lead or disrupt opponents late in the game.

The games are all recommended for ages eight and above, and support between two and six players, which gives the range a fairly broad audience.

The products are now available at Toys’R’Us outlets in Singapore, both in store and online, as well as at departmental stores island-wide.
