Celebrate Timeless Festivities at Raffles Hotel Singapore

Raffles Hotel Singapore

This year, Raffles Hotel Singapore once again throws open its doors and verandahs, inviting guests to savour a constellation of festive experiences.

A Grand Holiday Retreat – Festive Indulgence at Raffles

For those who prefer to linger rather than just visit, Raffles has crafted the Festive Indulgence stay experience. Guests check into the iconic suites, where polished teak verandahs, white marble colonnades and lush tropical courtyards frame each moment, and wake up to a sumptuous à la minute breakfast at Tiffin Room that feels more like a ritual than a routine.

The package includes 15% off Best Available Rates for a minimum two-night stay, S$100 in festive hotel credits, complimentary access to Raffles Spa and wellness facilities, welcome Singapore Slings and even an enlightening historical tour hosted by the Resident Historian. Valid from 23 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, the stay is designed not just as an escape, but as a gentle immersion into a slower, more gracious way of celebrating.

The Grand Lobby – An Afternoon Tea Dressed for Christmas

The Festive Afternoon Tea reimagines this cherished ritual with seasonal flair.

On the sweet side, Executive Pastry Chef Tai Chien Lin’s Pistachio Amarena Cherry Choux, Chestnut Vanilla Cake and Red Fruits Trifle put a refined spin on festive flavours, alongside warm cranberry and Gruyère scones served with clotted cream and rose petal jam. Guests may choose from JING single garden loose leaf teas or a custom-blend Raffles coffee, or elevate the occasion with Billecart-Salmon Champagne Brut or sparkling tea.

The Festive Afternoon Tea is priced at S$118++ per guest from 1–23 and 26–30 December 2025, while a Champagne or Sparkling Tea experience is offered at S$138++ on 24, 25, 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026, with additional options for 90-minute flows of Champagne for those who like their afternoons a little more effervescent.

Butcher’s Block – Fire, Feast and the IMUA Philosophy

At Butcher’s Block, festivities are expressed not in tinsel and carols, but in smoke, flame and impeccable produce. Chef Jordan Keao continues his IMUA philosophy – “moving forward with strength and spirit” – through a series of wood-fire tasting menus built around whole-animal butchery and elemental cooking.

The Thanksgiving IMUA Tasting Menu on 27 November 2025 sets the tone with dishes such as Big Eye Ahi Poke Tartlet crowned with Osetra caviar, a decadent Turducken layered with turkey, duck and chicken finished with truffle jus, and Blackmore Farms Wagyu Beef served with bone marrow potato purée and a crisp empanada.

Dessert comes by way of Kulolo, a refined nod to a Hawaiian classic made with aerated taro crème, coconut ice cream and kueh kosui. Christmas and New Year are marked with Lunch and Festive Dinner IMUA Menus, highlighting Normandy scallop with banana leaf cauliflower purée, Smoked Stone Axe Wagyu Beef Wellington, Lomi Lomi Kombu Cured Tuna, Kalua Pork Confit and Huli-Huli Dry-Aged Duck.

Each menu is designed for the whole table and can be paired with curated wine selections or free-flow Champagne, a true celebratory table for those who take their feasts seriously.

藝 yì by Jereme Leung – A Modern Chinese Festive Symphony

For guests who find their festivities best expressed through Chinese cuisine, 藝 yì by Jereme Leung offers two Christmas Set Menus, each a study in refinement and restraint. Guided by Chef Jereme’s contemporary approach, the Christmas Delight Set Menu features Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with dendrobium mushroom, conpoy and sea whelk, Smoked Barbecued Wagyu Beef “Char Siew” with pickled ginger and Poached Rice with abalone and crab meat in shrimp broth, finished with crispy brown rice for textural contrast. Desserts such as Caramel “Pu Er” Pudding with bird’s nest and Deep-fried Taro Pastry bring a gentle, elegant close.

The Christmas Gourmet Set Menu takes the indulgence up a notch with Chilled Threadfin with “Puning” fermented bean sauce, Golden Roasted Duck with sturgeon caviar and deep-fried mantou, Mini Buddha Jump Over the Wall with aged tangerine peel and Wok-baked Asian lobster with cheese. The finale features Double-boiled Sweet Soup with Nostoc pearls and bird’s nest in Hawaiian papaya, followed by a Chocolate and Banana Lava Cake.

Available on 24, 25, 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026, the menus are priced at S$188++ and S$238++ per guest respectively, with optional free-flow Champagne for those who wish to toast the season in sparkling style.

Tiffin Room – North Indian Festivities in a Copper Tiffin

At Tiffin Room, the festive mood is distilled into the signature Mera Dabba experience – a beautifully presented copper tiffin filled with layers of North Indian specialities. Under Chef Kuldeep Negi, the Christmas Mera Dabba Menu (24–25 December 2025) brings together Murgh Hariyali Tikka, Lamb Seekh Kebab and Jhinga Coconut Curry, accompanied by freshly baked naans, fragrant rice and a Dark Chocolate Log Cake with Kala Jamun to finish. A vegetarian version is no afterthought, with Achari Paneer Tikka, Morel Mushroom Masala and Kashmiri Pulao taking centre stage.

To welcome 2026, the New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day Mera Dabba Menu (31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026) offers Achari Salmon Tikka, Bhatti Murgh Tikka and Bhuna Ghosht, alongside vegetarian options such as Malai Paneer Tikka, Gucchi Paneer Pulao and Shahi Paneer. Lunch is priced at S$118++ per guest and dinner at S$138++, with the option to add 90-minute flows of Champagne. It is the sort of meal that feels like a family gathering, even if you have no relatives at the table.

Raffles Courtyard – Alfresco Festivities Under the Palms

Those who prefer their Christmas with a breeze and fairy lights will gravitate towards Raffles Courtyard. From 1–31 December 2025, the 3-course Festive Dining Experience offers Winter Beet Carpaccio, Herb-Crusted Turkey Roulade with chestnut, cranberry and potato gratin, and a nostalgic gingerbread dessert. A vegetarian menu with Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Wild Mushroom Risotto and Spiced Pecan Pie ensures no one is left out.

The mood is bolstered by Festive Tipples, three seasonal cocktails named Carol Royale, Snowflakes and Santa Fe. The set menu is priced at S$52++ per guest, with optional Italian black truffle shavings and a Magnum of Whispering Angel for those seeking a little extra flourish.

Writers Bar – A Literary Take on Brunch and Cocktails

Writers Bar, with its quietly glamorous interiors and hushed ambience, leans into conviviality this December with the Festive Sunday Brunch with Friends on 14 and 28 December 2025. Here, guests enjoy an unlimited flow of brunch favourites and signature Sunday tipples such as Sparkling Stone, Hugo Spritz, Greed (an espresso martini nodding to local coffee culture) and Cosmopolitan 1934. Plates range from Vol-au-Vent with grilled scallop and seafood velouté to smoked salmon mini bagels and herb-crusted turkey roulade, with classic desserts like Mont Blanc and fruit cake rounding out the spread.

Throughout the month, a Festive Tipples Collection featuring Mulled Wine, Yuletide Punch and Eggnog captures the season in aromatic sips. Brunch is priced at S$168++ per guest, with optional Telmont Brut Reserve for an additional S$90++, making Writers Bar an ideal setting for friends who want their year-end catch-ups to feel just a touch more cinematic.

Long Bar – Festive Cocktails Beneath the Rattan Fans

Over at Long Bar, the birthplace of the Singapore Sling, the festive spirit is channelled through a trio of seasonal cocktails. Spirit Reviver brightens the palate with Raffles Sipsmith Gin and kumquat liqueur, Christmas Bliss layers butterfly pea-infused vodka with Prosecco, apricot liqueur and pear purée, while Snowman wraps things up in a cosy blend of cognac, amaretto, spiced almond milk and caramel.

Served from 1–31 December 2025 at S$31++ each, these drinks are best enjoyed under the bar’s iconic rattan fans – perhaps with a bowl of peanuts close at hand and the pleasant knowledge that, for an hour or two at least, the only decision you need to make is which cocktail to order next.

A Raffles Feast at Home – Festive Takeaway Classics

Not every celebration needs to be hosted in a dining room with white tablecloths and liveried service. For those who prefer to celebrate at home, Raffles offers an impressive line-up of festive takeaway signatures: Traditional Turkey, bone-in Gammon Ham, Lamb Rack, 26-day dry-aged grass-fed Côte de Boeuf, artisanal cheese platters and luxe additions like Kristal caviar, Maine lobster and foie gras.

Desserts include Chestnut Vanilla Rum Cake, Traditional Chocolate Yule Log, Panettone and freshly baked cookies – the sort of bakes that can turn a modest home table into something worthy of a magazine spread. Orders can be placed from 1 November 2025 for collection between 13 and 31 December 2025, with a two-working-day lead time via rafflescelebrations.com.sg.

The Art of Festive Giving – Hampers and Flowers

If Christmas for you is as much about gifting as feasting, Raffles Boutique has curated festive hampers and gift sets filled with gourmet treats, artisanal products and elegant keepsakes. Prices start from S$190 nett for gift sets and S$330 nett for hampers, with orders accepted from 1 November 2025 for collection between 3 November and 31 December, subject to availability.

Floral Boutique adds the finishing touches with festive floral arrangements priced at S$180 nett, perfect as a centrepiece or as a thoughtful gift. From seasonal greenery to handpicked blooms, each arrangement is designed to bring a little of Raffles’ festive charm into living rooms and dining spaces across the island.

Raffles Spa – A Sanctuary Amid the Season

Of course, even the most joyous season can be tiring. For those who need a pause between parties, Raffles Spa offers December-only rituals designed to restore and rebalance. The Season of Radiance Ritual (120 minutes) melds a Basalt Hot Stone Massage with a HydraFacial for deep relaxation and instant glow, while the Festive Moment of Relaxation (90 minutes) combines an Absolute Relaxation Massage with either an Express Facial or Body Polish.

For a final finishing touch, the 75-minute Festive Bastien Pedicure offers pampering for feet that have spent a little too long in dress shoes and heels. Prices start from S$240 nett, with all treatments available from 1–31 December 2025.

This festive season, whether you are checking in for a grand stay, dropping by for a single cocktail, or simply taking home a log cake and a hamper, the promise is the same: timeless elegance, thoughtful craftsmanship and celebrations that feel both special and deeply personal.
