Canon has just expanded its lineup of refillable ink tank printers with the launch of the MegaTank G3780 and G4780 models.
These printers are designed to elevate productivity with features like automatic duplex printing, which significantly reduces the time needed for large document print jobs.
The MegaTank G4780 also includes an auto document feeder, ideal for small businesses with extensive archival needs.

Both MegaTank models are engineered to be budget-friendly by using high-yield ink tanks. They can print up to 6,000 pages for black-and-white documents and 7,700 pages for colour documents from a single set of four ink bottles.
In Economy mode, these numbers jump to 7,600 pages for black-and-white and 8,100 pages for colour. Additionally, they are compatible with the low-cost GI-71S ink bottles, making them a practical choice even for those who print infrequently.
With support for the latest WPA3 and TLS 1.3 standards, these printers ensure secure Wi-Fi connectivity, protecting your data from potential snooping.
Once connected to the internet and registered with Canon’s cloud service, users can print documents wirelessly from their smart devices or scan them directly to cloud storage via the Canon PRINT mobile app.
The MegaTank G3780 features a 1.35-inch LCD display, while the MegaTank G4780 boasts a 2.7-inch colour touchscreen. Both models have an adjustable operation panel for optimal visibility, ensuring that you can control the printer with minimal effort.
To reduce downtime, both models come with easily replaceable print heads, allowing users to perform maintenance without needing technical support. The maintenance cartridges can be accessed and replaced quickly, making upkeep straightforward and hassle-free.
The Canon MegaTank G3780 and G4780 printers are now available at Canon authorised dealers.
