vivo Singapore has opened their first Experience & Service Store at 313@somerset.

Located in the very heart of Orchard Road at Basement 2 of 313@somerset, the new store is vivo Singapore’s first integrated retail and after-sales service space in the local market, bringing product discovery and technical support under one roof.

Customers can browse the latest devices, try them in person, speak to trained product specialists, and, should the need arise, obtain professional support without having to be sent elsewhere.

Customers can explore vivo’s latest smartphones, watch live product demonstrations, and receive personalised recommendations from trained staff.

The store also arrives after what vivo describes as a strong year of flagship launches. Among the line-up highlighted are the X200 FE, X Fold5, V60, V60 Lite, and the latest X300 Series. That gives visitors a fair spread of devices to explore, from imaging-focused handsets to foldables and more mainstream offerings.

Dedicated after-sales staff will be on site to provide device diagnostics, technical consultations and product support services.
