A fleet of ALVA Electric One motorcycles supported the mobility of the B20 and G20 2022 Summits.
ALVA, a brand founded by PT. Ilectra Motor Group (IMG), supported the mobility of the B20 and G20 2022 Summits by providing a fleet of ALVA One electric motorcycles and its riders in Nusa Dua, Bali.
ALVA is a brand new electric motorcycle brand designed with a different concept compared to other existing electric motorcycle brands in Indonesia. The company’s unique selling points are the interactions with its customers. These services include connectivity, after-sales service, customer care, trade programs, warranty, customer service, and supporting infrastructure.
Summit visitors and delegates enjoyed this convenience during the summit held from 10-16 November 2022. Pick-up points were available at 3 hotel locations, including St. Regis, Hilton, and Ritz Carlton. Alternatively, free delivery services using this electric fleet were also available within the ITDC Nusa Dua area.
“The support provided by ALVA for the success of the B20 and G20 Summit activities in Bali as an effort to support the priorities of the 2022 G20 Indonesia Presidency in achieving the Net Zero Emission (NZE) target in 2060 or sooner,” said Purbaja Pantja, President Director of IMG.
Through this event, ALVA provided opportunities for the Balinese people to become riders of the ALVA One motorcycles. Those who participated have gone through several selection processes and safety trainings in order to provide comfort for their pillions.
ALVA also encouraged gender equality through the presence of several female riders. “We believe in gender equality where everyone regardless of gender or age can become a Game Changer to support sustainability practices. Therefore, everyone can take any role in society, especially in the world of mobility solutions that ALVA focuses on,” said Rainier Haryanto, Managing Director of IMG.
The B20 and G20 Summits are also unique milestones for ALVA because it is the first time the ALVA One has officially hit the road after it was first introduced at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) back in August 2022.
Since then, the ALVA One has obtained homologation in Indonesia and can legally be operated on the roads. This is a crucial step before ALVA starts distributing motorcycles to its customers in November 2022.
