Deluxe Systems Opens First Singapore Showroom

Deluxe Systems Showroom Singapore

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when Italian finesse meets Singapore’s design-savvy tropics, step inside Deluxe Systems’ brand-new showroom and wonder no more.

Conceived less like a shopfront and more like a tastefully appointed home, the space reimagines windows and doors as centrepieces of contemporary living, framing light, air and possibility with the confidence you expect from Milan, translated for our heat, rain and love of indoor-outdoor flow.

Launched on 18 November 2025 at 61 Ubi Ave 1, #02-02 UB Point, the showroom marks a strategic milestone for the pioneering Italian brand, positioning Singapore as its heartbeat for Southeast Asia.

As Germano Vitali, Director of Deluxe Systems, puts it: “It’s a place where we bring the finest Italian craftsmanship directly to our clients. Here, architects and clients can truly experience the products, to see, touch, and feel what will become part of their projects.”

Rather than rows of catalogues and cutaways, the space unfolds like a contemporary residence, with each zone styled to show how frames and façades shape the mood of a home.

Deluxe Systems curates a stable of seven Italian sub-brands (Apexfine, Ponzio, Faraone, Flessya, Chirenti, Dimensione Serramenti and MR Art Design), each presented in its own dedicated zone, each backed by exclusive ASEAN distribution.

Try the counterbalanced slides, feel the heft of premium hardware, and clock how the acoustic performance edits the city into a soft background track. Every collection is shown in its “natural habitat”, so you judge with your senses first and your spec sheet second.

In keeping with the brand’s bespoke approach, the showroom is open by private appointment only. Bookings can be requested via the official site, ensuring time and space to explore options with the same care that went into crafting them.
