This season, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore leans into festive joy with a line-up that’s equal parts nostalgia and polish.


Colony Bakery’s gourmet roasts arrive pre-orchestrated for fuss-free hosting: Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Wellington ($538), Roasted Rib-Eye ($438), Roasted Turkey ($338), and Glazed Gammon Ham ($268), each with the proper trimmings so you can spend less time carving out a plan and more time carving the joint.

The patisserie work is equally assured; intricately moulded chocolate Christmas trees, a trio of seasonal tartlets (chocolate gingerbread & orange confit; lemon white chocolate; chestnut vanilla), and a matcha-chocolate-cranberry Christmas wreath brioche that tastes like a carol in pastry form.

Classicists can still claim their spiced fruit stollen and panettone, while cake lovers can pick between two scene-stealers: the Ritz Express Cake (orange confit sponge, bourbon vanilla cream, raspberry confit, red berries crunch) and Crimson Noël (Guanaja 70% dark chocolate crémeux, milk chocolate feuilletine, raspberry glaze).

Hampers start from $238 (custom from $158), and include gingerbread fruit cake, pralines, cookies, Colony festive tea, and a celebratory bottle of bubbles.

Prefer your celebrations plated and performed? Colony’s seven live conservatory kitchens stage the season with slow-roasted turkey, beef tomahawk and marmalade-glazed gammon ham threaded through Thanksgiving (27 November 2025), Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day services.

Expect Champagne brunches (from $268 on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day; $338 on Christmas Day), seafood suppers (from $283 on Christmas Eve), and dinners with free-flow pours at select seatings.

Across the lobby, Republic keeps things gleaming under its mother-of-pearl skylight. The Festive Afternoon Tea (1 November 2025 – 4 January 2026, from $78 per person) balances sweet with savoury. After dark, the bar team shakes up a quartet of seasonal cocktails.

For something more ceremonious, Summer Pavilion (newly crowned with its ninth consecutive MICHELIN star) presents 6- to 8-course set menus (24–25 and 31 December 2025; 1 January 2026) from $198 per person.

Highlights span Steamed Alaskan Crab Meat with Egg White and Balsamic Pearl; Sautéed New Zealand Abalone with Asparagus; Steamed Glutinous Rice with King Scallop wrapped in lotus leaf; and Double-boiled Chicken Soup with fish maw and bamboo pith.

Then there’s the hotel’s big crescendo: the Christmas Brunch Extravaganza at the Grand Ballroom. Live carving stations parade Glazed Gammon Ham, Beef Prime Rib and Roasted Turkey; counters brim with à la minute pasta, sushi, sashimi and desserts.

Children get a mini-carnival’s worth of amusements so grown-ups can actually savour their Champagne. Priced at $338 for adults (with premium free-flow) and tiered for children.
