The SHARP AQUOS R10 brings about new heavyweight specs designed neatly with Japanese engineering.
Launched in Singapore on 6 August 2025, the AQUOS R10 is quite literally blindingly bright. The Pro IGZO OLED display hits a peak of 3,000 nits, 1.5 times brighter than its predecessors, and bright enough to make you squint under the noonday sun.
A full-metal box speaker system and Dolby Atmos® support also give the AQUOS R10 spatial audio capabilities that’ll make even the most modest TikTok video sound like it was mixed at Abbey Road.

Armed with a newly developed 1/1.55-inch image sensor and 14-channel spectral sensor, the R10 captures light and renders it all with stunning fidelity.
And with AI image processing in tow, you get crisper details in night mode, less noise, and shadows that don’t look like a black hole swallowed half your shot.

A nifty AI trick even lets you remove shadows, not just for your food photos but also for document scans. It’s these little touches that turn a phone into a companion.
Videos, too, get the Hollywood treatment. Dolby Vision® support makes colours leap off the screen, and AI subject tracking ensures focus doesn’t bail when your cat disappears behind the sofa mid-shoot.

But perhaps the most impressive slice of smarts comes during calls. The R10’s built-in generative AI listens in, plucking out keywords and turning them into tidy, post-call notes. If a date or time is mentioned, it’ll even suggest dropping it into your calendar.

Under the hood, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor and 12GB of RAM make quick work of everything from gaming to 4K video edits. And to keep things cool, there’s a new heat dissipation structure with a copper block doing the heavy lifting between the CPU and vapour chamber.
The 5,000 mAh battery keeps you going through the day, whether you’re binge-watching, gaming, or switching between Zoom calls and music playlists.

The R10 was designed under the eye of Kazushige Miyake of Miyake Design, and the “free curve” form feels both unique and oddly familiar.
The high-gloss glass back is the sort of detail that catches the light just right, slipping comfortably into both your palm and your aesthetic. And yes, it’s IP68-rated for water and dust resistance.

The AQUOS R10 is now available and comes in two shades (Trench Beige and Charcoal Black).
