With the launch of its latest Smart Monitor line-up in Singapore, the tech giant has officially blurred the lines between television, workstation and entertainment hub. Leading the charge is the new Smart Monitor M9.
For the first time ever, Samsung has brought OLED technology to its Smart Monitor range. And in the M9, the 32-inch panel paints deep blacks, vibrant colours and a contrast ratio that makes even moody Netflix thrillers look cinematic.

The M9 is equipped with AI Picture Optimiser, 4K AI Upscaling Pro, and Active Voice Amplifier Pro, a trio of clever features that fine-tune both image and audio in real time.
And for those worried about OLED’s infamous burn-in woes, Samsung has proprietary OLED Safeguard+ that includes a built-in cooling system to help ensure screen longevity. Even the display’s Glare-Free finish makes working in sunlit rooms surprisingly bearable.

Gamers, take note: with a 165Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms response time and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility, the M9 handles fast-moving visuals with poise.
As Timothy Tan, Director and Head of Integrated B2B at Samsung Electronics Singapore, aptly puts it, “The Smart Monitor series is designed to meet the diverse needs of users who use their screens to work, entertain and play. With rising demand for a more personalised and connected screen… our Smart Monitor M9 now comes with OLED technology and AI-powered enhancements, to help users do more using a single, versatile display.”
M8 and M7: For Those Who Want Smart, Without Going Full OLED

Not ready for the OLED leap? Samsung’s refreshed M8 and M7 models bring much of the smart experience to the table, minus the OLED price tag.
Both feature 32-inch 4K UHD screens with rich VA panel technology, making everyday tasks a joy. With Tizen OS baked in, AI-powered tools like Click to Search, and personalisation features that suggest apps and services based on your habits.
Microsoft 365 integration means you can edit spreadsheets without even connecting a laptop. Add Multi View, SmartThings support, and the ability to control other Samsung devices directly from your screen, and suddenly your monitor feels more like mission control.
