Camera-wise, the A56 5G and A36 5G both pack a 50MP main sensor. That’s high-res enough to catch every strand of hair, every twinkle in the eye, and unfortunately, every pore.
Front-facing cameras now record in 10-bit HDR, giving richer colours, better brightness balance, and less of that weird overexposure when you film under sunlight.
The A56 5G goes one step further with a 12MP ultra-wide lens, perfect for capturing your entire clique or stunning panoramic views. And with AI-enhanced visual editing, you can tweak, crop, clean up and glam up your photos without leaving the Gallery app.
For those worried about security, One UI 7 brings in the big guns: Samsung Knox, Knox Matrix, and the newly upgraded Theft Protection and Auto Blocker features.
The Galaxy A56 and A36 5G also let you manage permissions with ease, giving you control over who (or what) sees your info. Transparency, choice, and peace of mind.

From now till 27 March 2025, consumers can visit the Samsung Online Store to purchase Samsung Registration+. With Samsung Registration+, consumers can get a $10 e-voucher to unlock a value of $40 on their new Galaxy A56 5G and Galaxy A36 5G purchase via the Samsung Shop App, Samsung Online Store and Samsung Official Stores on Lazada and Shopee.
