Casio Releases New G-Shock Rainbow Brick Wall Collection.

Mark your calendars for August 16, 2024, because G-Shock is about to make a colourful statement with the launch of its new Rainbow Brick Wall collection.

This collection is injecting the brand’s signature G-Shock lineup with an electrifying burst of colour and flair, offering something bold for those who want their timepieces to do more than just keep time.

Both the 5600 and 2100 collections have long been staples in G-Shock’s lineup, known for their rugged build and style.

The 2100, with its analog-digital hybrid design, is the watch for those who need a blend of traditional charm and modern functionality. It’s sleek, professional, but doesn’t shy away from being a statement piece.

Meanwhile, the 5600 series continues to honour the minimalist legacy of the original 1983 DW-5000C with its octagonal shape and clean, understated lines.

Here’s where things get interesting. The 5600 Rainbow Brick Wall series features a stunning gradient effect created through a rainbow-hued vapour deposition process.

Each timepiece is a unique creation, with no two watches displaying the exact same colour sequence, so you’re guaranteed a one-of-a-kind timepiece.

The 2100 series takes a more subtle approach. It undergoes a silver vapour deposition process, which is then selectively peeled back using a laser to reveal a multi-coloured, iridescent finish. It’s a quieter nod to the rainbow, but no less striking.

Despite the fresh new looks, this is still a G-Shock we’re talking about. You get all the signature shock-resistant durability you’ve come to expect.

Reinforced resin cases and steel bezels are designed to take a beating while staying lightweight and wearable. The bio-based resin not only maintains the watch’s robustness but also reflects G-Shock’s commitment to sustainability.

Look out for the Rainbow Brick Wall collection in all G-Shock stores and the CASIO online store across Singapore from August 16, 2024.

Whether you’re collecting for function, fashion, or both, this collection offers something vibrant and unique for your wrist.
