sustainability with Kohler’s 150th-anniversary handshower recycling campaign.

Kohler’s upcoming handshower recycling campaign is the company’s latest sustainability endeavour to improve water usage in the shower.

Today, we’re diving into a campaign that’s not just about discounts and deals, but about making a real impact on our planet. It’s all happening at Kohler, as they celebrate a remarkable milestone – their 150th anniversary.

And guess what? They’re marking the occasion in a truly meaningful way – by championing sustainability and social impact through their Believing in Better – Handshower Trade-In Campaign.

Now, before we get into the nitty-gritty, let’s take a moment to appreciate Kohler’s longstanding dedication to sustainability. It’s a core belief that has guided them through the ages, inspiring their pursuit to do more for the planet, the people, the communities they serve, and the businesses they work with. And as they celebrate their 150th year, they’ve decided to shine a spotlight on this very principle.

Enter the Believing in Better – Handshower Trade-In Campaign, which kicks off this July and runs all the way till December 2023. Here’s how it works: you drop off your old handshower at the Kohler Experience store, and in return, they’ll shower you with exclusive discounts of up to 60% off on any new handshower purchase. Who doesn’t love a good deal, right?

But that’s not all! The first 150 customers to join the trade-in parade get a chance to snag the Kohler New Statement Multifunction Handshower with WaterMind Technology at a jaw-dropping exclusive price of S$129 instead of the usual retail tag of S$388.

And the handshower in question is pretty nifty as well. The Kohler New Statement Multifunction Handshower with WaterMind is no ordinary showerhead. With its pressure-sensing technology, this beauty adapts its spray system based on the water pressure it senses from the source.

In other words, you get consistently strong water flow, no matter the water pressure at home. Perfect for those living in apartments, where water pressure can sometimes play hide-and-seek.

This campaign isn’t just about discounts and dazzling features; it’s about something much more profound – building a greener, cleaner environment. Kohler’s rallying cry is to promote proper waste management and recycling. And let’s be honest, every little effort counts, right?

By simply trading in your old handshower for a new one, you’re contributing to a cycle of recycling and sustainability, ensuring your waste doesn’t end up in some forgotten landfill.

In the spirit of collaboration, Kohler is teaming up with Toyotron, a Singaporean recycling company, to collect the used handshowers. These discarded pieces will be dismantled, and their various materials will be recycled at different plants. Waste not, want not, as they say! Kohler’s ambitious goal is to collect and recycle a whopping 1000 handshowers through this campaign.

The Kohler Experience Center awaits you at 52/54 Peck Seah Street, Tanjong Pagar, Singapore 079320. Swing by, but be sure to make an appointment. They’re open from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, and 12 pm to 6 pm on Sundays. And oh, they’re closed on public holidays.
