Mercedes-Benz Singapore partners up with Green House 2023.

Green House 2023, organised by Pass It On (homegrown retail platform of sustainable lifestyle goods) is back with its second edition, this year with Mercedes-Benz on board.

Hey there, eco-conscious readers! Today, we’re diving into the world of Green House 2023, a groundbreaking partnership that aims to break boundaries, inspire sustainable living, and transform the way we envision our urban lifestyles.

Imagine a space where sustainable mobility meets immersive retail, where eco-conscious choices are celebrated, and where the possibilities of a holistic sustainable lifestyle come to life. Well, that’s exactly what Green House 2023 is all about.

I know what you’re thinking – a partnership between a lifestyle concept and a luxury automobile brand? Well, Green House and Mercedes-Benz share a common goal: promoting sustainable living. They believe that a greener future starts with our daily choices, and they’re here to show us just how easy it can be to integrate sustainable mobility into our lives.

Claudius Steinhoff, the President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Singapore mentioned that “We are delighted to collaborate with Green House as they embody the same sentiments as we do when it comes to sustainable living.” Together, they are paving the way towards Singapore’s Green Plan 2030, inspiring consumers to reimagine their lifestyles and seamlessly incorporate sustainable practices into their everyday routines.

Michelle Chow, the visionary Founder of Pass It On and Green House, has a clear purpose in mind. She wants  Green House to engage with consumers on a deeper level, making sustainability directly relevant to their lives and the future of our planet.

Green House is not your average retail experience; it’s a space for conversations, a place where consumers and businesses can come together to realize the environmental impact we can make, no matter how big or small.

This year, Green House has found its perfect match in Castlery, their Official Venue Partner. Castlery believes that everyone deserves a space to thrive, and they play an integral role in bringing the vision of “A sustainable urban home comes to life” to fruition. The event, which will take place at Castlery Orchard Flagship, promises to be bigger and better than ever before. With over 70 brands and partners on board, embark on a sustainable journey and reimagine your homes and lifestyles.

Oh, and did I mention the workshops, talks, and activities? Green House 2023 has got you covered on that front as well. Whether you’re into test-driving one of Mercedes-Benz’s EVs down Orchard Road or attending enriching talks on urban farming and composting, there’s something for everyone.

You can even get your hands dirty with hands-on projects like silk-screening your own tote bag or customizing a natural deodorant with essential oils. Trust me, you won’t be bored.

Tanchen Studio, Mercedes-Benz, and Castlery also did a collaborative installation. Together, they have created an art installation titled “Reincarnation” that will welcome you at the stairway entrance to  Green House 2023.

This installation is all about highlighting the potential of upcycling and giving waste materials a new life. Tanchen Studio has ingeniously crafted “furniture” pieces using Mercedes-Benz’s scrap materials and Castlery’s returned furniture. Transforming waste into something beautiful and functional, a true testament to the limitless possibilities of circular design.

And here’s the cherry on top – for every guest attending Green House 2023, one tree will be planted through a long-term partnership with the Eden Reforestation Projects. Pass It On has been contributing to reforestation efforts since 2020, and they’ve already planted over 175,000 trees. Talk about making a positive impact!

Be part of the Green House community from 8 to 9 July 2023 at Castlery, Liat Towers (541 Orchard Rd, #02/03-02 Liat Towers, Singapore 238881) from 10am to 9pm.
